Scott Farnsworth serves as Chief Information Officer at Confluent Health, where he leads technology and innovation initiatives designed to reinforce the organization’s position as a tech-forward leader in healthcare. With more than 20 years of experience across engineering, technology, and clinical care—including his early career as an ICU nurse—Farnsworth brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise and frontline clinical insight to his role. 

Throughout his career, he has held senior IT leadership positions with Visor Health, CareAbout Health, Humana, and Kindred Healthcare. He is recognized for developing practical, people-centered technology solutions that make the work of clinicians and staff easier and more effective. 

At Confluent Health, Farnsworth oversees all information technology and project management functions, driving innovation and operational excellence to support patient care and organizational growth.
