Lisa E. Parent, MHA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Optimization at Confluent Health, a role she has held since 2022. A California native, she earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and went on to complete her Master of Health Administration at the University of Washington. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, Lisa has developed a broad expertise, starting in regulatory compliance, provider network management, and managed care product development before transitioning into managed care payor contracting and revenue cycle management (RCM). Her career includes significant leadership roles in academic medicine, with a focus on RCM at Stanford Health Care and the University of Maryland Medical System. In her current role, Lisa oversees all aspects of the revenue cycle, from Financial Clearance to Patient Financial Services, ensuring efficient operations and patient-centered care.
