Cindy McCauley is an accomplished legal, compliance, and risk advisor with more than fifteen years of business leadership experience in large privately held national and multinational companies. As the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Confluent Health, she is responsible for all legal, compliance, and risk management functions, safeguarding the company and promoting sustainable growth.
Cindy has numerous years of experience as in-house legal counsel and head of corporate development departments, with extensive knowledge of operations, financials, and strategies. Prior to joining Confluent Health, Cindy served as General Counsel and SVP Communications of The Martin-Brower Company, LLC, a multi-billion-dollar international supply chain company, leading the global legal function and managing the corporate communication team.
At Confluent Health, Cindy’s role is comprehensive, encompassing legal and compliance guidance and support for all operational aspects and divisions, and driving profitable growth through acquisitions and integration leadership. As Corporate Secretary, she manages all corporate governance activities, ensuring the effectiveness of the board and various committees.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Cindy graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
