Dr. Chazin is a Physical Therapist at Strive Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation’s Pavilions at Moorestown Clinic.
Dr. Chazin graduated from West Chester University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia where she graduated with her Doctor in Physical Therapy in May 2020.
Kelsi enjoys working with all types of diagnoses and body parts but especially enjoys shoulder and knee conditions. She works with patients of all ages and especially loves getting creative and thinking outside the box for athletes, weekend warriors and younger kids 7+.
In her time away from work, Kelsi enjoys going to the gym, hiking, camping, traveling and just being outside. She also loves reading, watching movies/TV, cheering on the Eagles (Go Birds!) and hanging out with her husband, Dan and her chocolate lab, Sunday!
