John Tomko

John Tomko serves as Vice President of HR Transformation, where he leads the modernization of how HR services are delivered across the organization. His work focuses on upgrading Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, advancing intelligent automation, aligning Total Rewards, and simplifying HR support for field teams.

John brings 14 years of experience across public companies and private equity–backed organizations, with deep expertise in building scalable, efficient HR operations. A builder with a strong future-of-work mindset, he has successfully led digital HR transformations, integrations, and the modernization of service delivery models within high-growth, multi-site organizations.

Prior to joining the organization, John held leadership roles at AmeriVet, where he supported HR transformation efforts in a rapidly scaling, partnered-clinic environment.
