Christy Spilka serves as Senior Vice President of Talent, where she leads the evolution of the organization’s talent strategy into a more holistic, enterprise-wide capability. Her focus includes intelligent talent sourcing, continuous candidate relationship management (CRM), and enhancing both the candidate and new-hire experience, ensuring talent strategy is closely aligned with business priorities.

Christy brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, technology, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) organizations, with a strong track record of building high-velocity, scalable talent engines. As an enterprise-level Head of Talent Acquisition, she has transformed recruiting functions into competitive advantages, leading global teams across 20+ countries and leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to drive measurable impact.

She has led talent acquisition through two successful private equity exits, aligning workforce strategy with business transformation and value creation. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Christy is passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening talent advisory capabilities, and fostering collaboration across organizations. Her teams have achieved world-class candidate NPS scores and earned recognition for candidate experience, recruiting innovation, and career site excellence.

Christy is also a committed industry leader, contributing through articles, keynote speaking, and service as a Board Member and Past President of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP). Her previous experience includes leadership roles at Smile Brands and iCIMS.
