Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS) is pleased to announce the addition of a new service called TexPTS@Home to patients in the I-35 corridor area, including New Braunfels. In partnership with Home Care Dimensions, Jordan Home Health, and Legend Home Health, TexPTS@Home will provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and home care aide services to patients recovering at from injury, illness, or surgical procedures.
TexPTS@Home’s physical therapists will help patients regain regular movement through therapeutic exercise, balance activities and hands-on therapy. Occupational therapy will help promote independence by improving the ability to perform daily living tasks in a home environment. Speech therapy services will help patients regain their ability to produce and understand speech, facilitate communication skills, and manage swallowing disorders, reducing the risk of aspiration.

Lyons received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Administration from Austin Peay State University and her Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. She has worked in the home health field for over 12 years and specializes in the treatment of dysphagia.
