Tony Kaczkowski

Tony Kaczkowski serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Confluent Health’s Industrial Health & Safety Solutions (IHSS) division, overseeing the Fit For Work, WorkSTEPS, and IAA brands.

Bringing nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role, Tony has deep roots in occupational health, musculoskeletal care, injury prevention, ergonomics, virtual care, employer-embedded clinical programs, physical therapy, and sports medicine. He began his career as a clinician before founding, building, and scaling multiple healthcare service platforms. Notably, he built InSite Health into an organization spanning 26 states and over 500 locations before its merger to become Briotix Health.

Tony is energized by creating improved healthcare solutions and developing the leaders that bring them to life. His unique background in workplace health, paired with his blend of clinical and operational expertise, provides a strong foundation for guiding the IHSS division’s continuous growth. He believes deeply that trust, both with clients and colleagues, is the fundamental element that allows individuals and organizations to thrive.
