David Eby brings over 20 years of executive-level leadership experience in higher education, with an extraordinary track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. His career reflects a deep commitment to higher education, holding leadership roles that span strategy, operations, marketing, growth and student services. Most recently, Eby was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Project Kitty Hawk, an organization solely focused on making higher education accessible to state residents in partnership with the University of North Carolina. David successfully built the organization from the ground up, transitioning it from concept to reality. Under his leadership, Project Kitty Hawk formed key partnerships with universities, launched 14 programs, and served over 600 students in just its first year.
David has also been a driving force behind some of the most transformative initiatives to modernize education, including Thinkful (acquired by Chegg Skills), HotChalk (acquired by Noodle), and Education Sales Management (acquired by Xerox). At Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), he spearheaded unprecedented growth, as Chief Marketing Officer. He has a keen ability to scale operations, develop innovative marketing strategies, and foster collaboration across stakeholders to amplify impact.
