Todd Flowers serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Confluent Health, bringing decades of leadership experience in corporate finance, treasury, and investment banking. Before joining Confluent Health, Todd was the CFO at ScionHealth (formerly Kindred Healthcare), a role he assumed in November 2022, following his tenure as CFO at Patriot Home Care.
Previously, Todd held several executive positions at ScionHealth, including Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance. His extensive experience also includes a decade at Kindred Healthcare, where he served in roles such as Treasurer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasury, and Vice President of Corporate Development and Financial Planning. Earlier in his career, Todd was Vice President of Investment Banking at Hilliard Lyons, where he gained valuable expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets.
Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. As Confluent Health’s CFO, Todd leverages his financial acumen and industry expertise to drive sustainable growth and support the company’s mission to transform musculoskeletal care across the country.
