He currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer for Confluent Health and as the President of Confluent Ventures, LLC. In these roles, Brooks drives strategic growth initiatives and spearheads innovation efforts to enhance healthcare delivery and organizational growth.
Previously, Brooks held multiple key leadership positions at Confluent Health, including Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. His extensive legal and compliance expertise has been integral to the company’s governance and regulatory adherence.
Brooks is a 12+ year veteran of Humana Inc. (DJIA), where he served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary.
